How do I repay my loan?
Loan repayments will be collected from your debit card on the agreed repayment date. This date will be clearly displayed throughout the application process and on your loan agreement documentation.
What happens if I can't pay my loan on time?
If you are unable to make an agreed repayment, you should contact the team at Wonga as soon as possible. They can be reached on 0207 138 8330 and are open Monday to Saturday 7am to 8pm and Sundays and Bank Holidays 8am to 5pm. The team will help you find a suitable resolution and may be able to arrange a suitable repayment plan for you. Wonga will charge you a one-off fee of £15 for missing a payment, this charge is levied by 11pm on the third day after your repayment date. Interest will continue to be added to your loan account at a rate of 0.8% per day for up to 30 days after your repayment date.
