How do I repay my loan?
Loan repayments are taken via Direct Debit on your pay dates. Even if you are paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly they can collect a repayment each time you are paid.
What happens if I can't pay my loan on time?
If you feel that you may not be able to pay your loan on time, you should contact their UK based team on 0151 525 1000 to discuss the options available to you. H&T will not charge you a fee for a late or missed payment, however interest will continue to be added to the loan balance. H&T aim to fully understand your financial circumstances and will work with you to agree a repayment plan that is affordable. Please note, missing payments will be reported to the Credit Reference Agencies which may make obtaining credit in the future more difficult.
