247 Moneybox fund their loans during normal business hours. Your loan will be paid out the same day via Faster Payments if approved before 3pm and this is free of charge. Some existing customers can request loans via the My Account facility on their website and in some circumstances loans can be paid out 24/7.
How do I repay my loan?
Loan repayments are collected on the agreed date directly from your debit card. You should ensure that you have the funds available in your account on the day of repayment.
What happens if I can't pay my loan on time?
If you are unable to meet your agreed repayments, you should contact 247 Moneybox as soon as possible on 020 7183 8078. 247 Moneybox will add a one-off fee of £15 to your loan balance if you miss a payment or make a late payment, this charge is added to your account on the first day after your agreed repayment date.
